Located 45km north-east of Midland, the park features granite outcrops, forests and views over the Avon Valley and River. With over 90 bird species identified within the Park. it is a popular spot for bird watching From Midland proceed north-east towards Toodyay for 4Okm to the signposted Morangup Road, which leads 5.3km to the signposted Quarry Road and entrance station to the national park. To access the sectionof park on the northern side of Avon River, take Plunkett Road, which is accessed off Harper Road from Toodyay.

Located on file northern side of Avon River, From Toodyay follow the signposted Harper Road in a westerly direction as it becomes Julimar Road. Follow this for a total of 25.2km to the signposted Plunkett Road. This unsealed road leads south for 5.7km to the signposted park boundary. C continue for 3 . 2 k m to the signposted Sapper Road, which h leads In a easterly direction towards the river. There is a track closure gate at 1,3km - this site is seasonally closed, Steep access track. Bring own drinking water and firewood, Road closure gate

Located on the northern side of Avon River. Follow directions as for Sappers Campsite. From Sappers Road continue in a south-westerly direc.tion for a further 5km to a track on the left. Take this track and follow it in a southerly direction for 2.5km to a track on left which then leads in sam to the bush camping area Bring drinking water and firewood,
